Website privacy
How this website handles your information.
This notice covers the public Valley Health and Counseling website and its request-for-contact form. It is not a clinical messaging service or an emergency service.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, at least one way to reach you, the general type of support you are looking for, an optional brief message, and your consent to be contacted. Please do not submit diagnoses, medications, insurance or identification numbers, treatment details, or other sensitive medical information through the website.
How a contact request is handled
A valid request is stored in Valley Health and Counseling's Sanity workspace before an email notification is sent through Resend to the designated intake team. The notification is used to prompt a return contact. Website submissions are not monitored continuously.
Website measurement and embedded services
The site may use Google Analytics to measure page visits and interactions such as completed contact requests and telephone-link selections. Form field values are not sent in those analytics events. The About page also embeds a Google map. Google may receive technical information needed to provide those services under its own privacy terms.
Access, retention, and questions
The request-for-contact form is live. Access to contact submissions is limited to authorized personnel. Valley Health and Counseling governs these records through its privacy and records processes; its documented retention, deletion, access-review, and incident-response procedures remain under formal review, and this notice does not represent them as approved. To ask a website privacy question or request help with a submitted contact request, call (509) 452-1000 during office hours.
Urgent help: For immediate danger, call 911. For mental health or suicide crisis support, call or text 988.
